Cadence
- Per US: PM creates the ticket, links AC docs, attaches Figma where relevant.
- Mid-execution: PM comments status on the ticket. Subtask splits happen the moment a blocker shows up — don’t let one ticket gather rot.
- Verification: PM only closes after the work is verified end-to-end — Maestro flow, screenshot, or backend test as appropriate.
